Not meaning to slam ALPA but it seems to go against "Unity" to hire others off the street that have never paid any dues. Granted there are many highly qualified pilots outside of ALPA but seems like they should begin at the lower echelon rather then going at the more highly desired or sought after major jobs. Now THAT'S rich. Sorry I didn't start my ALPA-represented job at a lower echelon. Maybe they can put your seniority number ahead of me when you come on property.
