The statement was, that the executive bonuses are 1/100 of the cost of raising JB pilot CASM by 30%. You say, that's no the point, so I have to ask you, where, exactly, does the other 99% (I exagerated a bit, it is probably 95-97%) go that is NOT given to the executives?
