When I bailed from the company I went back to FMS / glass bizjets. Training was a cakewalk compared to Piedmont. If you go to work for Piedmont, understand you're tied to the books for the duration of training and that you will bust if you don't work your tail off, or if your instrument skills are weak.
Agreed- I was only there for 11months and in that time i heard of 10 recurrent training failures-ca and fo. I never had to do pdt recurrent tg.
Dont go to piedmont-better options out there with a future. Good luck to the pdt guys.
