No. That's what the cntract states. Please reference me to where in our contract it states that the company may take delivery of 76 seaters over 153 before taking delivery of 1.25 717s.
The measurement period has nothing to do with the ratio of 76 seaters to 717s. It measures the amount of 50 seaters to 76 seaters.
