There was no CFIT, but a crew did come close to a peak in BTV. IIRC, it was approx 650+ feet vertically and 2 miles horizontally from a peak while on a nighttime visual approach. That was from the Director of Operations himself (and I was in the room).

FWIW, no ground prox warnings went off onboard the aircraft.
