And to be honest, they would get a bonus if we got higher pay anyway, maybe 20-30% smaller, which would only be 1-2 million dollars less bonus. So, I have to ask, if we raise pilot comp by 30%, which will cost 100-120+ million, management MIGHT get 1-2 million less, where does the other 98-118 million come from? Where is it going now, since it is not going to executive bonuses?
