I disagree P-3Bubba. Upgrades at CAL were 13 months before age 65, and now are at 7-8 years. Plus we are going to shed on average 300-400 pilots a year for the next 6 years at the "new" UAL due to retirements. It basically comes down to go to an airline with bases that suits your needs.
