Pretty pathetic that the CAL side had such a terribly low voter participation. We have almost 2000 pilots based in EWR and UAL has just over 200. I will say this the UAL side is far more unified and has their stuff together than our pathetic pilot group.
Or maybe the fact that I was so upset about our union leaders in EWR because during these last contract talks they were against it, then flip flopped their mind and let it go through to a vote. I'd say that most of us EWR CAL pilots are disappointed in the current regime and want them out. I know that I do.
If there's one thing I believe in its credibility. Don't say one thing then do another. Please let's make this union credible. Oh, and for the love of Baby Jesus get rid of us wearing our hats United guys. PLEASE!!!!!
