If you don't fit the "culture" you are seen as one who doesn't align himself with JB's model.
In other words, if you don't like below average compensation all across the board, coupled with zero protections, you're not a good fit.

So once again, what are the reasons pilots are leaving JB? Please no *itch session, just straight facts. And I don't want to hear this pay and non-industry standard bs you guys have been moaning about for the last 40 pages........besides that, why are dudes leaving? (unless that's the only reason I guess)
