Do you think new hires will be hired directly on to the EMB-175? When are classes for the EJet due to start? I currently fly the 170/175 for another company, but I'm only on first year pay and Skywest seems like a much better place to be.
Don't think that new hires will go to the E175 until SkyWest takes over training. FSI doing it right now... So i would guess fall of 2014..
