There won't be new hires on it for a while. The FAA will be all over the training center and I doubt Skywest will want to risk new hire failures during the first months. Even when they do start allowing new hires in it will still be the most senior airplane eventually. New hires will be competing with current Brasilia and CRJ FOs for those training slots. The first bids will go junior but once more bases, a pay scale and seat locks are announced it will go senior.
