My dad is a controller and has been for over thirty years. Many of the facilities are on mandatory 6 day weeks 10hr days because they are so short. And they can't keep the classes full because of the salary cap. Hopefully that will one day be a thing of the past so we can get good, qualified people in there that will keep me and you seperated.
