I just want to say it again:

Non_union JetBlue want everything a union pilot has without having to stand up as a group to get it.

The thing that gets me is when you tell them there is a better way than what they are doing instead of turning a eye torward their own mangement they instead attack the union and union pilots.

Then you tell them that what they are doing is destructive to the profession and things really get ugly.

Funny enough one of them stated that the RLA doesn't work. Here is a news flash: I't'll never have the teeth it should with non-union carriers and pilots signing Individual Contracts with the company.

G-Man made the statement that "real men" negotiate thier own contracts using "common sense". I'd love to have him come on here and state exactly what he negotiated for; what he negotiated better than union representation would have.

I know what really happened is they put a contract in front of him and he signed on the bottom line without a peep. It was probably over in less than five minutes.
