What I have been hearing is fo pay frozen at 4 yr and captain at 12 yr. No flow but interview in seniority order to mainline. 40 additional aircraft. Mainline to take 40 ! Pilots a month.
How in the world would we staff 40 more aircraft? Around 400 pilots?
Before u get excited as an fo about quick upgrade think about that. I bet we couldn't get that many pilots but wait Piedmont has right around the same amount of pilots so a merger would take care of that. Now you're stuck at 4 yr pay and you didn't move.
Can't wait to see what is really in the TA cause that is a turd.
