I would expect new hires to go straight to the right seat of the 175 next year, unless...

I think I saw it mentioned on our internal message board that the FAA may not allow new hires to go through the program since it's new. I have no idea if that's true, but if it is that'd sure throw a wrench in the works. I'm skeptical, though, since brand new startup airlines start with new programs and new hires, right? Probably just a matter of paperwork and CMO interpretation.
