Ask them to cut out the CRJ transition program and the career advice to save you a couple grand. The transition program is a waste of time other than it will get you motivated to move on. As far as career advice, when you meet the minimums to work for a regional, they will be begging you to come work for them. All you need to figure out is which regional you want to work for.
