Unfortunately by definition not a b scale. 90% of PSA pilots indicated to the NC that they do not desire a career at PSA. Thus the NC got a deal to reflect that.
Also by ALPA the NC at each property has one job. That is to secure the best deal they believe they can for their pilots. I have to believe that the NC who sat through 5 years of talks believes this the best they can get. If I like it is another question? That I do not but I understand the NC views and agreed to listen openly to their presentation.
