I was hoping we could get a comprehensive list of all the regional airlines, with pros and cons from current employees of each one. Lots of new guys to the 121 world, including myself, who would benefit greatly from something like this.

Guys can put what company they are working for, and give their opinion about QOL, scheduling, pay, management and so on.
