I did not get into this business so I can carry the weight of the pilot group on my shoulders. I could care less.

I followed a narrow path in college and sacrificed while some of my friends were partying all the time and chasing tale. I got on at CAL in 2005 due to that work and preparation finally meeting a little luck and here I am.

Do I feel bad that a lot of my college friends just got bumped by a bunch of UAL furloughees, nope, they choose that path to delay their career progress while I always took the first regional upgrade and got stuck in bases that I did not want to be in, etc.

Justice is served and that is how it plays out....
