If you fail the interview twice. Then shame on you and you once again stay at year 7 pay. (This is how i read it).
The interviews will be in seniority order. So if you do the math you will most likely have an interview within a year. Second interview the next year or year after or year after that….or never.
The way I look at it is the MOU rates will be higher than US Airways current rates. First year E190 pay is still lower than our 12 year capt pay but after the first year you are no longer seat locked. If you switch to the Airbus you will make more money your second and third year than a PSA 13-16 year captain.
