I really didn't think, considering the economic situation of each airline, they would try to touch pay rates....This is insulting.

I think the big 800lb gorilla in the room is a merger with Piedmont. I'm a mid seniority FO, a Piedmont merger would effectively stall my career 10 years.

There are too many unknowns in this "agreement" to warrant a yes vote vs the CONCESSIONS we will be handed.
