So after reding then TA I failed to see where it mentioned the large RJ as growth. Do you guys have it in writing that they are growth?
And it's a B scale for future pilots and those that interview and not hired. You vote this in after the next pilot group is faced with more concessions based on you they will be back and offer you either more RJ or to place everyone on the 12 year scale including senior captains to keep your current fleet size. You give them again specially after they signed a contract 6 months ago and they continue to come back for more. Hesse called the race to the bottom.
