I think the big 800lb gorilla in the room is a merger with Piedmont. I'm a mid seniority FO, a Piedmont merger would effectively stall my career 10 years.
There are too many unknowns in this "agreement" to warrant a yes vote vs the CONCESSIONS we will be handed.

Not quite sure how you think a merger could be a reason to vote one way or another. Clearly by this presentation USairways doesnt want lifers.
