Haha good question. Well both are basically 4 year FO pay in which PSA still tops out higher but the CA side of things RAH has 18 years plus if you are going to make it a career. However work rules and a few other items there is no comparison that PSA still has a BETTER contract and work rules then RAH...... No work rules are being proposed to change.
Also this is CLEARLY USairways management that proposed this deal. They started by offering a b scale and saying according to the NC, "Well why do you care about those hired after you sign this deal?" As the NC said they are the type if they can save a penny but must cut your throat and or lose a life long friendship they will.... It is my understanding that PSA management was on the side and had very little to do with this. Thus all the work rules that probably mean MORE money then capping a pay scale are kept in place..... They could have done more damage by going after critical day, live vacation trading, 4 hour HRV credit etc....... Our schedule adjustment window etc.... But they are only concerned about one thing and thats making PSA, AE, and PDT (if all three stay around for the new AA) a stepping stone and thus capping pay to make certain more leave before year 12.
