Not true. That was UNITED flying, not CAL organic flying. According to the arbitrators October 1st 2010 the airline was merged. Those decisions by one management meant that they were using CAL pilots to fly UAL routes.

You can't hire new pilots to an airline while leaving furloughed ones on the street.

Based on the ISL, you came back from furlough OUT OF SENIORITY and should be glad that YOU were able to get a paycheck.
