For PIT, I think there's only one game in town.... Republic.
For CLE, CummutAir, Expressjet, Republic (more specifically Chautauqua).
If you choose Republic, keep in mind that CLE is a 50-seat base and perhaps not long for this world. PIT, on the other hand, will be around for a while as it is primarily a Q400/E170 domicile and a major MX station.
