The interview is a points based system, and the SSP will be graded the same and have all the elements of day 1 (only) Traditionally it has a 60ish% pass rate on day 1. Some days only 10%, some days 90%.
How would you logically think that rate is going to change given that it is the same thing and graded the same? Logically continuing from that, given the concentration of those stuck at the top of the seniority list, it would be much more likely to have a significantly lower pass rate.
