thats just company bs to new hires. they also said new hire pay will be 30 an hour back in 2011, its still 23 an hour, with crappy contract plan on makeing 15K after the company takes you from behind is whats really going to happen. no new contract any time soon. go to skywest, eagle, or express. im only here because i cant get hired an where else.
