Absolutely. There has got to be some sort of understanding by management that we will bring out a pair of pliers and some blow torches if necessary. There is no such fear right now.

We've got to have the full spectrum of responses--from "constructive engagement" to "get medieval on their asses" (figuratively speaking, of course) at our disposal if we expect to negotiate to our maximum potential.
