PSA pilots shouldn't waste time on this guy. He's either unsalvageable or he's a management stooge. Either way, it is an unnecessary distraction. They should concentrate their efforts on the LINE PILOTS who aren't savvy enough to see what this really is and what it will eventually mean.

PSA has a lot of pie-eyed kids unskilled in sophisticated labor strategies like this and they need to be shepherded in the right direction. They're going to get a percentage of 9163's, but disregard the hopeless cases and concentrate on those still viable.
