I have noticed that UPS has added a new requirement of having transoceanic experience. Is this hard to get seeing as to how the Regionals don't do any of this (At least to my knowledge)? Also, FedEx has reduced the number of pilots they plan to hire. Did this just eliminate a large percentage of applicants to UPS. Will FedEx do the same? Will this force the major airlines to have to pay more so that pilots will not up and leave once they get the "transoceanic" experience? Is this GOOD or BAD??????? Thanks all!
