Mine - EWR FCO, R/T, just me, 52.50, BC, credit card to make listing, UAL over 25 years.
It's logical for retires and companions to pay up-front.
Mine is $52.50. I have payroll deduct or credit card as options for payment. The $52.50 is the customs fee. I have never been charged those fees for reservations that I made and cancelled or not been boarded when selecting payroll deduct.
