PSA was offered 900's twice. last time was around '10 or so?! '06-'07 I believe the J4J's assisted in voting that crap deal down. The 2nd time was with Mesa in BK and US was dangling the carrot of the mesa 900's to PSA but they needed a pay rate. PSA voted that in, and they then went to mesa and told them to beat it....which they did
