Ok... How can I start...
While reading all this posts im getting mixed fealings about "go for it" or not. It seams its a really tuff market but on the other hand its doable, right? Why should't i be one of the dudes who made it? If im understanding correctly, the bigest problem (besides from costs) is to upgrade from regional to major airline, right? All posts are saying that. Does this mean, that there is not mutch of a problem to get job at regional when you have 1500+ total flight hours (and necesary ratings)? I mean as i cfi who has 1500pic, sooner or later you will find your self at regional airline? Is this more or less safe to say?
I have no (motor) flying experience but I am home in the clouds... Btw, Im a paragliding pilot. This would be the best job for me ever. I have 23y and (for now) just high school. But i am extremly passionet about that job and i would not mind if i never got to the major, flying for 40k/year would be just fine.
So again, is it preaty mutch safe to say that as a cfi whit 2000+hrs, soner or later one would get job at regional airline?
In the posts some of you say go step by step, licence after licence and the others say that you should take a "package". What is best. Isnt it cheaper in a package?

What is the difference betwin economy and premium package? Looks like not much - same flight hours.
If i go "step by step", which ratings do i need to became cfi?
If i sucesfuly complete economy package and build my hours as cfi to 1500 - 2000hrs, would i surley made it to regional?
I think that where is a will there is a path. That said, i know that if i would made it to regional, sooner or later (even if 15yrs) i would made it in major? What is the procentage of pilots from regional that made it to major in their carrer? I dont really care, my goal is regional. And if i can more or less surley made it whit that package rating and 2000hrs i will go for it as soon as i can.
