4 of the first 66 isn't too bad. That's to be expected. Most of them were born in the 1950s. A few in the 1940s and 1960s but on average it's guys born in the 50s which means they are ages are well into 50s and approaching 60s. For them going to Delta for a 5-10 year career isn't worth it.
That is honestly what I was thinking, too. The most senior at any regional I would expect to show similar numbers. The rest of the list will surely be a different story.
