I will say I just looked at my end of August paycheck last year vs this year. I am up over $20,000 this year. I have worked a hell of a lot more and we still received a full profit sharing check this year though. There is no denying that my paychecks have gotten bigger. It's still not enough though.

I'm working more this year too.
There's no doubt that the trend is higher pay through higher productivity.
I value time off more than most I guess. I really miss the old 75 hour cap.
We've lost a lot of advancement opportunities being so "productive".
I'd much rather be on higher paying equipment working 75 hours than be at a lower rate working 85. I'm clearly in the minority though.
This "Delta Hiring" thread would be 2 years old now if we didn't have all the 100 hour "ladies of the night" doing their thing.
And don't get me started on the profit sharing giveback. It'll be interesting to see the final numbers on what we lost this year. Anderson and Bastian were just a step ahead of Olmstead. That's pretty much all there is to that.
