I will say I just looked at my end of August paycheck last year vs this year. I am up over $20,000 this year. I have worked a hell of a lot more and we still received a full profit sharing check this year though. There is no denying that my paychecks have gotten bigger. It's still not enough though.
If you're saying you'll get less under the new profit sharing versus if it hadn't changed, then yes, you'll receive a "full" profit sharing check next year.
