You really seem to "get it", as far as the hiring process and classy attitude you display.
Delta has hired a slew of former military pilots and I think it's fair to say those making the hiring decisions know that it isn't just about number of hours. They understand the military system, and give credit for quality of jobs held such as leadership positions, etc.

I agree...TOGAANG's attitude is exactly what Delta wants, and needs! Flying time is not important, attitude is everything! Some will slip through the cracks, but the interview team has a lot of experience cracking through everyone's "interview face" and really getting to know the real personality.
