I have no type rating either, but if I am lucky enough to get that far, you can dang sure bet I'm selling a few teeth to add it. good luck.

It is pretty specific on both the SWA website and pilot credentials. Not necessary to be selected for an Interview. But if they hire you after an Interview, you had better be pretty quick to get it.

When a SWA New hire class spok with us at HPA, it sounded as if you could expect a 1 in 10 chance of getting an Interview without the type.
