We had friends that moved out there. Coming from Atlanta, they were a bit shocked when the Real Estate Agent stated rather bluntly, "you will like this neighborhood, it is racially pure."

Here in the South, we didn't much like the yankees when they first arrived ... then we noticed our restaurants are greatly improved ..... Some were a little concerned about diversity ... now our church's choir rocks and has four Grammy winners in it.
You know ... having different people around the table really does make things better.
