I should follow that up.

I interviewed on Wednesday. Can't say enough about how great all the folks down in Miami are. It was so refreshing to finally have a shot at a place that does things the right way. The treat their people right, they run a tight ship, and they are growing. Even if I'm not selected it was great just to see the operation and have first hand proof that places like this do exist in our industry.

The gouges posted here are mostly still valid, the process is still the same, they've changed some questions but really if you make it to the interview they're looking for personality and the right fit, it seemed like the technical stuff, etc was just a formality.... If you do your due diligence on the company research and you studied enough to pass the online test (definitely the toughest part of the process, and 80% of the questions have changed), you'll be fine for the interview, just be yourself.

Atlas has a really bright future, and here's to hoping I, and the other guys who went thru this round, get to be a part of it.
