Try viewing it this way. There's an element of pride knowing that you've worked, very hard, for 16+ years at a regional that is owned by a mainline carrier. That your hard work for those 16 years, sweating it out in a Metroliner, a Fokker, Dash 8, SAAB 340, a CRJ200/900. Helping to maintain a safety record unattained by any other regional. That your hard work that went directly to that mainline carrier's benefit, is now being rewarded. Rewarded by doing the same job with better logistical, financial support, and moral support at the mainline carrier. The guys flowing, have the right to feel pride, for the last 16+ years that they have worked under the NWA/DAL umbrella.
