Yeah he is. He cares about his family. He cares about his company and co workers future. He cares about the flight attendants, Mechanics, dispatchers, schedulers, etc having jobs and checks. Why is it up to the pilots to save the jobs of everyone at the airline? Has management gone to the other groups and asked for concessions for them to work on these new aircraft? Has management taken cuts to ensure future growth?
