I can't believe I'm reading this. That offer was crap and a joke to any professional pilot. If you are all such family men would you take this crap contract if you had a son or daughter leaving high school wanting to start a pilot career? Pilots have destroyed the regional industry with fear of losing a job. This is the only industry I have worked in where this flies at all. Go ask a construction worker to take a 10% pay cut so they can secure more contracts. Everyone on the job site would walk off. How is it that mechanics and auto workers can stand up for themselves? Is that out of the question for pilots!
