Here's an easy fix: if this passes and you didn't vote for it, quit. Then you don't have to worry about it. It's not like somebody is forcing you to work there -- it's not WalMart. Playing one group against another is SOP at Airways. As a wholey owned, they can say "Fine, as of 3/1/14 PSA will cease flight operations." and immediately start transferring airframes to Mesa. They'll do it for less.

Are people are still applying? They have no reason to give in.
