Now where I jumped on that is......why have that in there. If it's not capped at your current longevity step. Why say the greater of your current or 12 yr. Could be a typo, that the company comes back and says. Oh no...in the notes it was meant to be this......grieve it if you don't like it.
I would want clarification on that for sure.....doesn't smell right, knowing how US words it's labor contracts....
It absolutely stinks. The greater of current longetevity or 12 year so a 15 year guy would be capped at 15 and a 10 year will be capped at 12.
