We look at availability pretty close. We need people who are available within a few months for the most part. The pooling of candidates helps you in this case but when we look to setup interviews it is for those available sooner than later. You should be ok. Some mil guys with availability 6 months or more due to retirement or end of AD obligation usually don't get called until closer to end date or after end date. PM if you new more info.
