No disrespect taken...I'm straight military with a lot of AMEL and PIC/IP/EP time within the 3700TT (this is without military conversion as well). I don't know if that changes things to the readers of this thread but it
seems like low numbers compared to most I interviewed with. A straight Navy Aviator was also interviewed in my group and his numbers was even fewer. But he had a lot of internal endorsements, as did I. Until the pool of nepotism runs dry, I don't believe the numbers to be as vital as who knows you from my experience.
