I recently interviewed with them with a internal recommendation and being a current 121 FO, and my interview was a breeze and cake and i didnt even do the sim since I was 121 current so my interview was piece of cake. But I got a No but No thanks email, so i really dont know what Air Whiskey is looking for but looking at some speculations for the future i guess it was for the good, they clearly stated in the interview DONT ASK US ABOUT 2015, we dont know what is gonna happen. Anyways I have accepted a class with another 121. So good luck to whiskey.
