Don't know how you could arrive at that conclusion other than a personal opinion. The transcripts state expert testimony of $160 million being the low side and $1.7 billion on the high side. The judge appeared surprised that $160 million was the low side of the estimate.

Another expert has testified that the first expert didn't do his math right. We'll see where it comes out but when you read the whole transcript you can see at the beginning that the judge had several jovial exchanges with both sides. I read this as the judge being somewhat sarcastic that $160 was
high yet they were saying
low end and then the judge is clearly joking when he says call my press agent, there's no way of saying that any other way. That's courtroom humor and these numbers are higher than he deals with and he made light of it.
